its amazing how many people out there think that way. Sadly too many in the
medical profession as well.
Im glad she's back to you, and Im sure with the proper care, she'll turn
back into the sweet kitten she was meant to be.
(she is neutered, right?)

Actually...she's being done today. As far as I can figure she's just 6
months, the age my vet likes to Spay and neuter.

To paraphrase William Blake, "One Law for the Cat & Dog is Oppression."
Most of her toys were in a basket in a

Yeah. Meaning, the humans didn't want them lying about and didn't
encourage the kitty to use them. Luckily that's a very easy thing for
you to correct!
Ultimately I didn't move and the friday before Christmas
> they gave her back to me telling me she was a beast...bitting and scratching

She wanted her Mama. and you are her Mama, as you got her so young,
and saved her life; you must know she would have died without you to
care for her. How wonderful you got her back, and how wonderful for
her, that she got you back!
After 1 day she seemed like she remembered me, loves to be

You're saying two different things. I wasn't aware that dog training
was intended to be cruel. Cats love to be trained; actually they
think of the interaction with you, as having fun.
It's useless to keep her off anything, because when I'm working
> she does as she wants anyway.
Of course when you are away and can't supervise your kitten's
activities, you care enough for her welfare to put her in her own room
with the door shut, along with a gazillion toys, potty, food, water,
(an answering machine for you to use, to talk to her while you're at
work, is very very nice for her) and a way up to the window? I'm sure
you wouldn't think of letting her wander the house on her own -- you
must know that's very dangerous for her.
