I have a female cat that is not eating, at least
a couple of days.  (I least I don't think she has)
She has not been interested in either canned or dry food lately.  Any
advice?

How about drinking? - If she neither eats or drinks, get her to a vet
pronto....She may have a blockage in her intestines or esophagus......

no she drinks on her own, and I did get her to eat some watered down canned
food just a little while ago.  She take in quite a bit of it.  But
I do have an appointment at the vet tomorrow.  I suspect she has teeth
problems because when I was
feeding her  I used a syringe with a soft nossil on the end.  She was
trying to naw on it.

That's good....Teeth problems can be fixed. But you don't always find them
in time....Our last cat developed cancer of the lower jaw, and had to be put
to sleep....Our first indication that there was something wrong with her was
when she stopped eating.....

Oh good, I just saw that you got some food into her. She probably is
pretty hungry.

Good luck tomorrow.
