I have a cat that DOES clean himself, and yet still stinks.  He is an outside
cat, not neutered.  Any Ideas...... I am so lost, this was a ferrel cat that
was eventually tamed... I cant wash him, or it would be sudden death to me
lol.  He literally smells like a dead animal, at 1st I thought maybe he
rolled around in one, kinda like a dog does, but this smell has went on for
ages.  Any thought would be appreciated.

You may have to take him into the vet to get him groomed where they can
sedate him to clean him properly
also it could be his anal gland that is impacted  or several other problems
a vet visit seem in best order
