Do cats ever get colds?  My daughter has a cat, one of 4, that sneezes and
his nose runs.  He was scratched near the eye by another cat but that is
healing so don't know if there is a connection.  Can stress cause this?
There is a power play between him and another one of the 4 cats.  The cat
eats, acts normal other than cowering around the bully cat that is
tormenting him.

The tear ducts and sinus system are all connected. Its possible that
there is an infection in his eye could be running down into his nose
and causing the sneezing and runny nose.
It's also possible he is just ill.
Regardless if there is discharge coming from his nose, he should
probably go see a vet, just to be safe.

Good luck!
