First off you say you can not catch her THEN you say she will not stay
in the house.

First:        How does she get in the house?

Second:    If she is in the house why can you not keep her there?  Can
you not shut the door and keep her confined to a
particle room, if not the house?

Maybe more of an explanation of what you are talking about here?  It
seems if she is in the house you are bigger then her and should be
able to keep her from going back out.  If you have a pet door latch it
once she is in to keep her in!!
