experts say 15 to 20, depends who you ask, then they age 4 years for every
year thereafter.

15 does sound about right. Mayor Nagin has just made a year in age and
his face and his decision-making do seem to be that of a pubescent male.
The nine-year-old cats seem a bit crotchety and annoyed by him a lot
of the time, too.
