what do you use, how often do you change it?

Just wondering.

I use Tidy Cats Crystals and scoop it every couple of days, change it
every 3 weeks or so (although I don't keep track - that's just an estimate).

It seems to work out okay - hardly ever stinks -and when it does, it
means I should scoop or change it.

BTW, this is just for one cat.

I only have one cat too, but I have a small apartment with a small bathroom
where I keep the litterbox.  So, I use Tidy Cats Scoop for Multiple Cats and
it never smells.  I use sifting bags and sift it about every other day and
then add some fresh litter on top.  When I've gone through all ten bags I
change the litter completely.  It works for me.  It's quick, easy, keeps it
from smelling, and I don't have to scoop or touch anything.  Also, I have a
domed litterbox.  You'd never know I have a cat if you just walked in and
smelled the place.

I have 4 cats and 2 litter boxes and use World’s Best Cat Litter.  I
scoop it every time they go if I am home and awake.  I clean their
boxes about every 3 weeks and wash and desanitize them.  They are so
use to me scooping every time they go that 2 of them do not even
bother covering it any more.  :-(

Web site URL for World’s Best Cat Litter is:

http://www.worldsbestcatlitter.com/

It is make from corn and is clumping, scoopable and flushable.  It
comes in regular strength and extra strength for multiple cats.  I
would use nothing else.  It is a little on the expensive side but
worth it to me.

I use Presidents Choice - Green, a vegetable based clumping, flushable
litter. I scoops and flush any time there is something to dispose of. I
change the litter every other month.

One cat, two boxes. Matilda likes one for pee and another for poo.
