I'm assuming that you're in the US, have you tried Wal_Mart or Target,
K_Mart, etc? *Sometimes* they have them, usually the smaller and more
cheaply made ones, though.
Also, there are places online you can order them, if you don't mine paying
out the wazoo for shipping - http://www.drsfostersmith.com/ has some, and a
place where you can 'design' your own (basically, you chose the assortment
of options you want, and they ship it to you) is

You could make your own. Although I have no idea how. Buy some dowel
rods and cut some plywood with big holes and cover everything with
carpet?

I have bought mine off Ebay. Beautiful and inexpensive. Wouldn't buy them
anywhere else now.
although I did see this recently and was impressed.

I would also try Craigs List if it operates in your city. Sometimes
people are trying to get rid of towers that are too large to take with
them if theyre moving.

i just bought one on Ebay - just put in 'cat furniture' and you'll get
hundreds of options. I got a great price - saved about $100.
