Hello, my name is Kristy and I have a cat who is 4 years old. She's had 3
litters before, and then I got her fixed about a year ago. Now I know how she
acts before she's pregnant, and she is starting to have the same signs. Is it
possible for her to get pregnant after she's been fixed?

only if the vet did not do a proper job
it is possible for her to have a false pregnancy just like a human
or problems with hormones just like a human female

It is possible.  Like a human woman who gets her tubes ties only
to learn that she is pregnant, the same could happen with a cat.

It's rare but it happens.

Why when a cat is spayed/neutered do we say the cat was "fixed?"
How can it be "fixed" when nothing was "broken?"
