My cat is suffering from Peritonitis and I just lost my job. I still need
about $200 for my cat's medical treatment. Please do me a favour and sign-up

there are a lot of organizations out there that can help you, and will do so
a lot quicker than this. Start with IMOM.org

Although this reaks of someone spamming and pretending it is to help a cat

This is probably spam. The email address for this "rhonda" is not the same
as the "Rhonda" who usually posts here, and I also suspect that this address
is just used for harvesting information from anyone who clicks on the link
(and I am *not* going to take a chance by clicking on it myself).
