I love cats so much, but i cant get any because of my stupid allergies. The
reactions are pretty severe too.. Difficulty breathing , itching eyes,
headaches, congestion.. Its probably hard for some of you to believe that
someone  with such severe allergic reactions would still love cats..but i
do.  I think their such fascinating creatures the way they think, meditate,
show affection, play, and sense things...soo mysterious.. gotta love them.

The latest news i can find is that www.allerca.com is now handling the
operation of  bringing the first allergy free cats to the public. But on
their site they dont mention anything about it..(i read the news from
another article i cant find at the moment)

I know another previous company was suppose to start it but they didnt have
enough funding and gave up.

Does anyone know the latest news... and is it Allerca that may be running
the show?

any info would be great.

thanks
mike

I have no idea whether they have them or not.  I do know they
did it with dogs (Bijon Frise or however you spell it.)

I would suggest though you may be able to accomplish the same thing
with
a conventional cat.   Visit your local health food store, some who are
alergic to cats/dogs have reported success by changing the diet/soap
on the pet.
