Yes, there's Science Diet Oral Care, Hills T/D and I beleive Friskies has
one as well. They basically use bigger chunks so there's more contact
between food & teeth. T/D also has a different type of fiber that's
supposed to have some scrubbing effect.
Probably all dry does have some dental benefit, my cats had fewer dental
issues while they were eating 100% dry. But other issues caused my to
change to canned, so I try to preserve some dental benefit by using the
bigger chunk dental foods.

The actual meat content in the biscuits seems far higher than others and
we've noticed a real personality change for the better in one of the cats
since she moved onto eating them
