The owner of stables nearby told me that one of their cats (around 1 1/2
years old)
has come home after having been missing for three months.
One eye was gone though, but already healed. :-(

How sad, but how wonderful that she returned.

a friend of mine moved to a new farm...
and his cat disappeared for a full year.
it's possible it had gone to a nearby farm house...
but wow...was it ever a great hunter...
i watched it get a mole!

anyway...once it came back...it stuck around

We recently had a stray come in with a microchip. The owner was tracked
down.
Turns out she was driving through the midwest on her way to Massachusetts
and
the cat got out. He'd been gone four months.

The cat went to the airport yesterday morning to fly out to MA and back to
his
owner.
