We Meet Again
by Melodie Bolt
I slip through the shadows
where mortals can't see
that I come running,
come running to thee.
Oh, how I've missed you,
your smell in my nose.
Arching my back
and stretching my toes,
I enter your circle -
strong, healthy, not frail.
And purr for you, purr for you,
when you part the veil.

I read it and could not help but think of our Moses who is waiting at the Bridge even
though it has been a little over a year since he left us at 17 years old. He was the
first baby I lost.
