Recently my brother visited from Germany and told me that CAT hair if digested by a bumane being, especailly a female, is very bad for the person. I adopted a male siamese cat couple of years ago. He is an indoor cat. He sleeps on my bed at night and naturally there is a lot of his cat hair everywhere. Does anyone know any more information about this? Is cat hair really dangerous for women? I had heard about this for new born babies but nothing else. thx. Here is a fact for you the human body inhales or eats almost a 1 lb. or more of debris a day guess where it comes out of. The only danger a healthy cat can pass on to a human is to a pregnant woman and that is if she is handling the cat's feces. I forget the exact name of it.
