Let them be - the queen will put a stop to it when she's good and
ready. The kittens should also be eating solid food and drinking
water by now - if they aren't, you may have to teach them.

they make cat's milk you can find it at the local pet store they also make
mother substitute dolls that you can put the milk in and the kittens can
nurse. if not a small medicine dropper or small turkey baster will work
just have to do one at a time and get to be mom for a bit
But at 4 months old you can very easily introduce moist food to them put a
bowl in front of them not to much in it take your clean and very clean
finger smudge some on their lips they will get the idea it may take a couple
of times but hunger make a genius out of anything
