Picked a new kitten up today from the rescue centre. She's 15 weeks
old. Now she's home we've noticed her eyes have a clear discharge and
she sneezes occasionally.
She's had all her jabs. Is it anything we should be worried about?
Thanks

Sounds as though she may have a URI. Best thing to do, is to call your vet
and inquire.

Almost certainly an upper repsiratory infection picked up from her mother.
Take her to the vets and get some anti-biotics for it, keep giving them to
her after it's cleared up until the tablets have gone else it may well come
back.

I agree.. its most likely a URI.  But as long as the discharge is clear, and
she is in general good health otherwise - playing actively, and has good
input and out put, you don't need to rush to the vet.  If she becomes
lethargic, stops eating, or shows any other symptoms, then a vet visit is
very much called for.

I foster for the local shelter and see URI all the time.  Also used to work
for a vet and that was the standard party line.
