Cat Forum / General Topics / August 2005sort of disgusted right now
I suspect the cat isn't feeling quite right - it would appear she had an accident - a messy dump that wasn't left in the proper place....well, it wasn't that messy - it was in 2 pieces, but like I said, they weren't deposited where they belong and her fur right around Flint was dirty, so of course she was trying to clean herself. Damn, kitty, you think I want you to lick me with that tongue now? <shudder> - how long will it take before I get over this? I gave her a quick bath, but I'm wondering what set her off - there's no change in her diet or anything like that unless she ate a tarantula or something that snuck inside. I would take the cat to the vet, diarrhea is not normal for cats. The first step is to take the cat to the vet to have that ruled out. (I had a cat I had to put to sleep about a year and a half ago when he, at the age of 19, had some diarrhea with a section inside that was constipated. Can an unspayed cat satisfy herself by licking her back end. My cat doesn't lick me, which is probably a good thing. |
