Cat having problems w/ Defecating

Fairly new home, same old cat, found litter box first two months, now craps
whenever & wherever she wants...

post or email suggestions.

Don't pay attention to idiots.  If this is a sudden occurrence, you're poor
kitty probably has an issue that needs a vet's attention.  Cat's by nature
will not do this because it's their natural instinct to cover it.  It may
have a parasite or infection of some kind.  It's annoying to you, but could
be painful for your cat.  That's definitely not normal.  Your cat needs
help...pronto.

Cats will eliminate inappropriately due to two reasons. Behavioural or
medical. Best thing to do is eliminate a medical reason first, by contacting
your vet.

FYI,

Turns out she had a bladder infection and we are treating it with pills we
got today...

Sounds to me like she's not having any problems defecating.
