Does My Cat Know Where My Other Cat Is???

Hi, it's me again...the guy whose indoor-only cat "Albert" ran away
exactly one week ago. I haven't seen Albert since then.

But here is something strange, and I want to get some opinions on it...

I have another cat that is an indoor/outdoor cat. His name is Del. This
cat is usually VERY good about staying in the immediate area of my
house. He sticks to us like glue, and he has always gotten along with
Albert very well.

I do not let Del stay out during the night. When it's time for us all
to go to bed, I only have to whistle once or maybe twice and Del comes
running up to me and goes straight into the house for the night.

Since Albert has been gone, I have been unable to find Del on two
different nights. I whistle and call, and he is nowhere to be found.
When we wake up in the morning, Del is right back in our yard like
nothing happened.

It is now 10:30 pm where I am, and I have just tried to find Del. For
the third time since Albert left, Del has not come when I call him and
he is nowhere around.

I now have three burning questions:

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT DEL KNOWS WHERE ALBERT IS?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT DEL HAS BEEN VISITING ALBERT?

COULD DEL POSSIBLY BE THE KEY THAT MAKES ALBERT COME BACK?

What do you all think?

Definitely YES YES. Del could be trying to tell you something. For God's
sake, follow Del constantly when he goes out in the evening. Don't let him
out of your site & while following him, call for your other cat's name &
listen closely. If Del just started this behavior, it a strong sigh he has
found Albert (sadly for good or bad) but at least you will know. Please
follow Del as soon & close as possilbe and let us know. I'm praying for you
all!
