The cat was found in Chelmsford, Mass., United States. But it is not
from
one of the surrounding towns. And yes it could be from an
international
veneue. (Did it come from a package shipped from Canada? England?)
As best they can figure it is not a cat from Massachusetts.
(Massachusetts has five area codes, none of them lead to an owner.)
I would add there are instances where a cat will get to a location from
a far away place by stowing away in a truck/car/box/etc.

Best scenario is to slice Tabby up into a dozen pieces and ship each
pussy fillet to a separate location. Then see if the little f.cker
returns home.
