I got a call from a 111-111-1111 number too. I didn't answer it thinking it
was a telemarketer, but my question is, do other companies use the 111
number or was this the same person calling me that you are talking about?

It is possible to buy a device that allows you change the inforamtion
on the
caller id box. That information maybe a 111-111-1111 number or it
could be
the phone number/name of your bank/credit card company/etc.
So don't rely on caller id before giving out any private information.
If you're unsure terminate the call and call the person back to verify
who
you are talking to.
Be really careful what private information you give out and to whom you
give it out to.
This type of device should be illegal.
So to answer your question, it could have been the same person,
a telemarketer, a fraud, or a phisher.
