Mr. Mark Smith of Lacrosse may indeed be a "time-bomb"

Your personal attack of this man is out of line. If you disagree with his
proposal, so be it--but you'd be well advised from an argument-debating
standpoint to keep the personal attacks of him--inneundo included--out of
it.

You know, maybe he's just like a lot of other persons who are frustrated
with irresponsible pet-owners who don't believe in controlling their animals
and think their neighbors are just supposed to put up with all the nuisances
their loose animals bring on them--overturned trash cans, attacks of their
own pets, paw-prints on cars they just washed & waxed. The answers would NOT
be "if you want your trash cans not to be overturned, secure them" or "if
you hate paw prints on your car, build a garage & keep it in there." The
responsibility lies with the pet owners to realize they are to be good
neighbors and to thus keep stray animals out of other people's yards.

So if someone is wanting to shoot cats--maybe you shouldn't be so outraged
at him. Maybe you should be outraged at irresponsible cat & dog owners, for
it is because of THEM it has come to this. Just like restaurants which say
"no kids allowed," they wouldn't have to do such things if parents
controlled their children better rather than letting them do as they please
and telling annoyed patrons "leave my kids alone" or "don't tell me how to
raise my kids."

Well it's high-time someone DOES tell their neighbors how to control their
animals--and delivers the message, if you don't, we'll do it for you, for we
will not have our property vandalized because you have a wacko-San
Francisco-like attitude of so-called "tolerance" that you think we're
supposed to have. Bologney. The word is responsibility--take it, or your pet
pays the price, and it's on YOUR hands, not the so-called "assasin's" hands.

You really are a sick f.ck Larry.  Tell ya what, first person I find
taking a shot at my animals is going to find his a.s full of holes.
Since I can blow the sick f.cking animal abuser away in self defense.

Odds are that will never happen--but it's up to YOU, how well do you control
your animals and prevent them from trespassing into someone else's property
and causing problems? If you are preventing this successfully, then fine. If
not--then I say, if your animals get killed, their blood is on YOUR hands.
