clumping cat litter w/ no dust

Hi,

I have used Arm and Hammer clumping litter w/ no fragrance for awhile
but lately the dust rises up when I pour it in so I decided to change
brands. I tried Scoopaway w/ (supposedly) no fragrance but that has
clouds of dust when poured as well (and has a distinctly perfumed
smell).

Can anyone recommend a name brand, readily available, clumping
fragrance-free cat litter?

Thanks so much.

No cluming litters will be dust free - even if they say they are.  I
like Precious Cat (http://www.preciouscat.com) - if you can find it. It
is longer-lasting than most, semi dust-free and comes scented and
scent-free.

I use World's Best because it is absolutely dust free. Since I sift used
litter into a clean box each time, that's one of my most important
requirements. It clumps hard, it's flushable, and has no perfume. It's also
expensive, but it lasts longer than most.

I should add (and did in another thread) that Scoopaway gets mucky,
clinging to my cat's paws (inbetween her toes) and fur (for a LONG
time), causing her to ingest it and then to drink much more water than
she ever has. It was a muddy mess in the  litterbox. I will NEVER use
that brand again. Could be dangerous.

I'm back to Arm & Hammer despite the dust. I am not ready to spend that
much more for the other brands recommended that I've been able to find.

Cheers,

John L
