My Cat drools like a dog

When I pet my Kitty she drools.  I don't mean a little I mean a lot.  It
drips from her mouth like it would a dog.  I think she must really like
being petted.  Does any one know why this might happen?  Let me know.

Yep, one of mine is a dribbler too. When being petted you can slowly see a
bubble of spit grow from the front of his mouth until it drops off and is
repaced more quickly by another ..and another.

Mine drools into his food dish too.  His dry food bowl gets nasty if it
isn't washed every day.

It's quite common. One of mine is exactly the same, and seems to be drooling
more the older he gets. Now, all it takes is one scratch under the chin and
it starts.

If she drooled like a dog, you wouldn't have a problem.  MOST dogs don't
drool at all.
