This whole outfit is one person, and she's a fraud. Zizzo registered
herself in the state of California as an organization. She has none of the
statuses that she claims.

Trademark- She didn't even apply for a service mark until two years ago.
Under "research" of all things. Now she's changed it to "transportation",
and the USPTO is being inundated with objections to her application. She
has no trademark,and likely never will.

Copyright- She recently posted a document from May of 2003, which she
*thinks* copyrights her site. The bureau in Washington told her
repeatedly, that she could not copyright the site because it contains
common phrases, names and the copyrighted communications of other people.
All she copyrighted, was a few pages she wrote herself, which aren't even
on the site now.

Registered- This is the circled R symbol. It is illegal to use it unless
you are trademarked. Zizzo offers you the record of her corporations
registration in California as evidence. This has nothing to do with
federal registration. When she gets a trademark, she can use that R. And
pigs will fly at the same time.

Non-profit- The IRS, and the Secretary of State of California, have
confirmed that she is not a 501c3 corporation. Because she filled in "non
profit" on her registration, she thinks that makes her one. It doesn't.

Rosemarie Zizzo has no authority, nor association with any authority, by
which she can resolve anyone's issues with a cat breeder.

What she has, is a libellous website which caters to those with grudges,
most of whom do not give the full nor true details of their transactions.
The rest are either Zizzo's own complaints, or the occasional one by
innocent buyers who stumbled across her site, and thought she was some
kind of disciplinary organization.

If she were, the first complaint laid, would be against Shar-Dew cattery,
owned by Rosemarie Zizzo. When evicted from her trailer park in June of
2003, she was keeping at least 15 adult cats in a small travel trailer,
with the windows covered so there was no air circulation, and neighbors
couldn't see in. She admits in correspondence to the breeder, that a cat
she bought from that person was sick for two months before she had it put
to sleep, during which time she showed the cat, but did not take it to a
vet. Nor did she have a necropsy done.

So far this week, Zizzo has been caught stealing copyrighted photos from
corbin.com, and using copyrighted images involving Cat Fancy magazine and
Friskies. The magazine and Purina pursued the matter through legal
channels.
