Our Babies

Our new babies, PeeWee and Peanut, were dumped roadside along with their
dying mother and rescued by a dear friend of mine who knew we'd love to
have them.  She hand nursed them to vitality before handing them over to
us.

Both are tuxedos.  Peanut is a complete bobtail and PeeWee has a cute
little three inch stub tail that stands straight up.

It was only a few days before both were happily adopted by our alpha male,
Mr. Bailey.  They sleep together and groom each other and play into the
night.

Millie, our elderly matriarch still has reservations, but allows both
PeeWee and Peanut to share naps with her on the bed as long as they don't
"touch"!

It's wonderful to read news like this.  It's so sad that the mother did not
make it, but you and your friend rescued two babies -- and it's obvious that
they have settled into their foreverhome.

Yes, it's very nice of you *and your cats!* to take them in. Nice pics.

Thanks, Carola.  I'm just glad we were there and could do so.

Yes, we were saddened that the mother couldn't come with her boys.  I'm
just glad they were discovered before it was too late for all of them.

Mary, you have wonderful kitties with great names, and you made a great
collection of pix!
