tape worm dosage

I bought praziquantel for tape worms, I have 2 one-year-old cats, the
bottle has 3 pills in it and NO instructions for dosage and how far apart
to treat, I looked on Google and it was not too helpfull.
$18 for 3 pills! Ouch!
