I have an 18 year old female Himalayan who is developing arthritis.
Have read conflicting things about the use of prednisone. Does anyone
have any experience with this or other meds that might be helpful.
Thanks

From my personal experience, I know that prednisone can be a dangerous
drug, but it's probably one of the best for relieving inflammation in a
case like this.  Has your vet suggested anything else?  If so, I might try
that first.
