Anya, the youngest of my trio of cats, has been being quite the boldie lately.
She's been knocking her food dish onto the floor. Half of the time, she's not
even hungry. I think she's just doing it for attention. I'd put the dish on
the floor but the dogs would eat the cat food. Are there any cat dish products
out there where you can fasten or suction cup the bowl to a surface? Any other
advice?

How 'bout removing the bowl in-between meals?

Tried that. She goes spastic when she can't find her bowl. Plus, I have two
other cats in the house and they tend to eat when she's not eating. If I
remove the bowl, I put a damper on their dinner time, too.

There are something made of sticky, clay-like material that is sold
for sticking under vases and other valuable things -- so they cannot
get knocked over. Some people in earthquake-prone areas use these
thingys. The sticky clay is removable. Other ideas: use a very
heavy bowl, such as a flat bottomed serving bowl. Or a large plate,
anchored by a heavy stone in the center. (Boil the stone in water for
a couple minutes to sanitize it first, and let it cool before using
;-). Won't she be surprised if she can't tip over the food container?
ha ha! I wonder why she needs to knock things over like that.
Maybe it's simply for a giggle.
