What type of person would be able to catch cats
and mutilate them and not be seen or heard?

Somebody who is invisible or from another planet?

If a cat doesn't know someone their not going to be
able to just walk up and grab a cat without a chase
and probably a fight.

All those cats and no one has seen or heard anything.

That's to Spooky.

Actually it's probably very easy.   They probably do
it during the day when all these people are
at work.

If a stranger came up to my house my cats
would probably go up and greet them.   Even if it
was Jeffrey Dahmer.

What type of person?  An insane person who thinks he is smarter than everyone else.  They probably
have tangles in their brain which will be found when they are autopsied.  (Let's hope it is soon).
Unfortunately cats are curious and that is probably the way they are caught.  Some cats (not mine)
are overly friendly.  Let us pray they are caught soon!  MLB
