Smudge's first vet visit

Took the kitten I "bought" :-) to the vet today.
Luckily he is FLIV and Leukemia negative.  He
got his first round of shots and is now flea free.  Yeah!!.
Vet says he is getting in his permanent teeth which makes
him 3 months plus he is just over 3 lbs so that sounds about
right.  He was a trooper.  He didn't growl, hiss or even try
and bite.  I was rather proud of him.  He's also old enough to
be snipped.  Sasha is still barely tolerating him.  I think if I
was to keep him they would eventually co-exist but he really
wants to play and I know she isn't going to.  Even though I am
getting a bit attached I told the doc I would probably place him
and lo and behold the doctor actually knew someone who
may be looking for a kitten.  They had adopted a mother cat
and her kitten..but the kitten turned out to have neuro problems
and they lost it.  Almost sounds like it was meant to be.  Vet
recommends them so they must be responsible and he has offered
to call them and arrange a trial placement.  It's kind of sad but we
are a fairly sedate household and Smudge deserves more.  Everyone
cross your fingers that things work out good for this guy.  Being
passed out outside of Walmart was a rather risky beginning but
looks like things will work out for him.

You were so generous to allow someone else to adopt Smudge. I know it must've
been a difficult decision.

Isn't Walmart where the lower class shops?

Low income, low IQ people.

Hey Nat..Don't advertise the fact that you're an idiot.  I know of people who
make between $35K - $70K/year who visit the chain regularly. You're a moron, at
best.

You consider $35K - $70K 'not' low income?
lol

Stay on topic or I WILL take action.

No...low income is relative, actually....people earning "low income" have
trouble feeding their families...paying for/getting medical treatment for their
children - clothes for the family - a continual roof over their heads, etc.

What type of job do you have and how much do you earn a year?

What is "loi"?  Your attempt at "lol"?

Its all irrelevant as I was being rude and causing trouble.  As I've
said to others, I apologize.

OK..'nuff said. Go to bed without dessert for the rest of the week and call it
a day.

Amazing how some folks (trolls) can turn an innocent
ON TOPIC post into discussion about income.  This
kitten was rescued from we don't know what kind of
life and today..after both an emotional and financial
investment I turned him over to a family that will make
a great home for him.  It was fate.  Smudge is young
enough to still want his mom (should have seen Sasha's
reaction when he tried to nurse..lol) and this family has
a mom cat that just lost a kitten.  Kismet..and all you can
do is debate my income.
For the record... I do shop at Walmart.  Last week
I bought filter replacements.  I don't know how much
"better" they would be at Macy's....but Walmart is just
fine.
I make a decent income for So Cal...where it takes
6 figures to buy a house...but so what.  Money, brand
names and elitist shopping are for those who need help
with their image.  Some of us can wear thrift shop
cloths and shop at food for less and still know we are
goddesses.
