My cat has had his blood tested for all kinds of things included aids
and leukemia, but tested negative for everything. Now he's on a
broad-spectrum antibiotic program. What else can I do food supplements
etc... ?

thx.

Congrats with the negative tests.
Now, you forgot to tell us what the problem is, what kind of infection.
Bacterial, I suppose, oothrer wise the antibiotics are useless. Food
supplements are usually nonsense. If a cat is wel nourished, that is just
OK, and more food is only bad.

Actually, probiotics are often good to give when antibiotics are being
used. But you're right, there wasn't enough info in the OP to even try
to answer the question.

Jan, I disagree with your blanket statement that supplements are of no
value. Cheryl is correct about Pro-biotics. Supplements can mean the
difference between health and illness for some immune compromised cats. The
OP really gave us NO information to go by, but if her cat is prone to
sickness, then supplements or immune system builders, would be an excellent
idea.
