Are you wanting an indoor or outdoor one? I'm currently sourcing bits to
build a weatherproof one for my outdoor cat - I'll give you a list of
parts etc when I'm done if you are interested.

Bea, I use an ordinary heating pad (set on low) under a thin blanket. I
have it in case the cats want it but I guess the house is warm enough
because they don't use it!

i always shudder to think about cats and their claws
on top of a heating pad with electric wires running through!
