Even wild ones that send you to the doctor with so many infected bites
and scratches that your hands are mostly useless?

She has grown on me - I'm used to her, so she's neither ugly nor
pretty now - she's just Punkin. She's affectionate, and in cool
weather I can count on her as a well behaved bed cat (except when
she's off hunting for days on end): once she gets her petting, she
moves away on the side toward the wall - Ozy, on the other hand
settles down on top of me and when I push him off, he puts himself
right where I put my hand when getting up (and due to a medical
condition, I get up as many as five times a night) ... and seriously
resents being disturbed. Millie (Ozy's sister) often joins us, but
she is so light that I don't always notice when she lies down on top
of me, and Mudpie and Avery (Punkin's brothers) often come by for a
bit of petting, then settle down at the foot of the bed out of the
way.
Her face is not tan and black, it's red tabby and black, with a bit of
white. All her siblings are black and white, Mudpie looks purely
black, but all of them (including the ones her original people kept)
have at least a white patch between their hind legs.
