> Is it okay to give raw eggs to your cat(s)?
Found this bit here:

Eggs: raw egg yolk is beneficial and tasty, providing protein, sulfur,
calcium, phosphorus, and a host of other vitamins and minerals. The raw egg
white, on the other hand, contains avatin, which breaks down and destroys
the B vitamins. If you must feed your cat whole eggs, cook them first, which
congeals the white and destroys the avatin.

My cats take great delight in cracking open an egg (gently taps it with
his fangs until it cracks apart) and lapping up the yolk. They won't
touch the white though.
