I try about any kind of PREMIUM canned food that there is and keep
track of what my furbabies like so I can rotate between them and that
way, just like us humans, they do not have to have the same thing all
the time and tire of it. Plus they always have Sceince Diet dry out
where they can get at it.

Switching foods among quality brands is a good idea. Both mine were
raised on Whiskas before I got them, and they would eat one flavour only
since that's all they had ever had. Major problem if they stop making
that variety though!
I generally have two tubs of differnent flavour on the go and alternate
between them, and never buy the same flavour/brand twice in a row. Keeps
them happy and now they will eat anything happily.
