Some time ago I posted a question about my older male cat marking me. He's
neutered and we also have another male cat who's also neutered. I don't
mind the cat marking me but why does he do it?

You don't mind the cat marking you ????
First (and only) time one of mine did that I chased the little bugger
around the house 'til I caught him, dunked him in the toilet and spiked
