Hi again,

Had the aquarium installed for almost a week now, and Tigger has definitely
claimed it as his!!!
He has been up there for hours each day, he sleeps there, and if he is not
sleeping on top of it, he is watching the water movement from the floor.
What's he going to be like when I add the bloody fish!!!?

Check it out:

As far as the aquarium is concerned, I am adding Live Rock on Sunday, and
then will wait for the tank to cycle fully before adding a few Clown Fish
(Little Nemo's!) and maybe a Cleaner Shrimp.

Looks nice! I'd love to see pics once the rock and fish are in..

And Tigger is gorgeous! He looks like a laid back kind of guy.. I don't
think you'll have to worry about the fish..

Ha! He's waiting patiently! (he's a handsome fellow, by the way). As long as
we're swapping pics, here's a picture of Yoda with the betta fish that got it
all started. We got him, and I felt sorry for him in that little bowl, got an
aquarium, then another, then another....

I love Betta's they are very cute.  Over here in the UK, most shops call
them Siamese Fighting Fish.  I once owned an extremely aggressive Betta in a
50 gallon community - she fanned up at everything that moved close to her.

Neat pics!! Love the betta. He's such a pretty color. I've also heard bettas
called "The Underwater Butterfly." It fits them, doesn't it? (except for being
so dang mean)

The betta from the pic is actually pretty mellow.. he can be kept with other
fish, no problem. My other betta gets really cranky if anyone is in his
space though..

Heh. Oh yeah. The paw definitely went in. Admiral Bob the Betta fish finally
got his own 5-gallon aquarium with a lid. That was after poor Admiral Bob had
to be scooped up off the carpet. Twice.
He lived to be three years old, and went belly-up Christmas Day, 2003. RIP
Admiral Bob.

A beautiful cat! How old is he you said?
Is the aquarium top warm? Then of course he likes it :-)

Question : - Do fish drink water ?

Can't see as they have much of a choice.
luckey - 08 Nov 2004 22:15 GMT
Well it looks like he just enjous the heat. When you put fish in it theywill
attract him for a while and when he figures out that he can't do anything
about them he will just find it a favorite to have a warm belly to sleep on
