Litter box avoidance

My cat is urinating in front fo the litter box.  i just moved.  I have
two cats, one male, one female, and two litter boxes.

any suggestions?

add another litter box.  If that doesn't work, Id recommend a trip to the
vet to find out if there are medical reasons for the avoidance.

Do they not do this to mark territory?  Maybe he is making his presence
known in the new house?
