We have three cats..Our cat Max basically claims the bed as his although our
other cat Sol will sleep with us sometimes....( it doesn't seem to bother
Max) We keep our cats in at night...... Max will sleep at my feet or between
my wife and me . Thing is though when he wakes up ( usually at 5:00am) to
let all of the cats outside.......... he rubs up against my face and purrs
and if that doesn't get me up he'll sleep on my chest......If I don't get up
then Max brings in the reinforcements..........our other cat Luna ( she is
close to 20 pounds) will come up and sleep on my chest which I can take for
about 5 minutes.   I really enjoy it at night when Max will purr himself to
sleep..........
