Anybody have any tips on getting rid of cat dandruff?
We jsut started noticing it the last couple days. She doesnt seem to be
doing
any extra scratching or any unusuall behaviour, any ideas?

Cat dandruff tends to happen around the lower back/base of the tail
area when a larger cat has trouble grooming herself down there. Less
grooming means less spreading of the skin's natural oils; therefore
skin in that area becomes dry and creates dandruff.
Nocturne's dandruff is almost gone since we started brushing her
daily; the brushing action takes the place of the cat's tongue in
distributing those oils.

Hi there,
Our vet says adding Omega 3 oils to the diet will help. She suggests
adding fish oil (can get it in capsules) to their food.
