What the hell is wrong with this cat?

I live on a farm, and there are no neighbors in sight.  So, when I got
to pee, I dont go to the house, I just piss wherever I am.  I have a
farm cat, a neutered male.  Every damn time I start to piss, this cat
has to get in front of me, forcing me to rotate the whole time I am
pissing to avoid the damn cat.  This has been going on for years, and
I have had to deal with this idiot cat interfering with my pissing.
On a few occasions, I have stopped pissing and given the cat the tip
of my boot, but it just comes right back.  The other night I came home
drunk and had to piss like a race horse.  Sure enough, that damn cat
is there again.  That did it, I pissed all over the cat.  Well, tonite
I just came in from the barn, and on my way to the house I stopped to
take a piss.  Guess who was there again, and guess who got pissed on
again.

What the hell is wrong with this cat?

Cats are fascinated by running water - he doesn't know that you're pissing -
just wants to play in the stream of water.  I bet if you tuned on an outdoor
faucet or water hose, he'd investigate that too - and take a drink as well.

This must present problems on windy days.

ANIMAL CRUELTY! ANIMAL CRUELTY! Call PETA!

Write back if he learns by example and starts pissing on you.

Mine always wants to drink out of the toilet, and well as lick up bath
water from the shower. Maybe it's a form of hero worship?

What the hell is wrong with you that you don't know what a toilet is?

Maybe he doesn't want mom and dad in the house to know he was out
drinking?   Or maybe he is so drunk he can't make it to the house?

It's a rural guy thing - I think most of us do it.

I grew up on a farm, stll live on one, and there are plenty of men who still
use indoor plumbing.
Maybe the cats tired of you pissing in his bed.  Maybe he'd like you to use
your indoor toilet and not his outdoor one.

That could be true, But I think the .
If the cat is trying to learn the*gent?* some manners, He's flogging a dead

Maybe the cat thinks you are marking your territory?   And maybe the
cat has already claimed  this as his territory?

Cats love to work our nerves.  They find the one thing that drives us nuts,
and persist in doing it.  Just their way of letting us know who's boss.
