I really don't understand why cat haters would come to a cat newsgroup and go on about how awful cats are? I like all animals, especially dogs and cats. However in my neighborhood there are a lot of dog owners I dislike. My front yard is fenced in not to keep Digger in but other dogs out. Cats I don't mind. Nine times out of ten domestic cats cover up their feces anyway. Its the spraying I don't like, but a good water hose will cure a rascally tom. One thing that I have noticed about cat haters is that they are often sensationlists who obviously have nothing better to do than try and stir up trouble. They are like rouge cats themselves that prefer to crap in another cats litter tray. If they need to harass cat lovers to feel important - let them. Ignore their posts completely and they might go away, but I prefer to try and educate them instead.
