I'm going back to ordering Frontline for cats online.
I went to my local Petco (huge chain with a baseball stadium name,Petco
Park,San Diego Padres).

They didn't even carry the product.  They had 4 or 5 other brands.
I bought Heinz drops for fleas at a much cheaper price.

For one thing...its a lot runnier and there's so much in the little tube
that on my mane coon cat...it just ended up all over her fur.
Not only that...but it wasn't that effective after two treatments within
a month.

She still has black blood droppings in her fur from bites, even tho I
don't have any fleas jumping off on me (which happened last year).
She then goes into a fit yanking our her fur and scratching at her head
in pathetic desperation.

Last year this happened..but ceased after applying the more expensive
Frontline drops (costs a lot more).

A lot of companies have come out with their own hair folicle absorbed
flea drops.  Most cost a lot less.  Most are just crap too.

More important, this product is *DANGEROUS.*  If you do an online search,
you will find numerous reports of severe reactions (some fatal) to this
product.

I tried the cheaper stuff also and it doesn't work. Advantage and/or Frontline
work but cost more. I buy the dog size then divy it up among the cats, skunks,
squirrels and opossums. It's all the same strength but you get more in the dog
capsule for only a little more money. Here's an article about it with dosages.
