I have a 1 year old Bengal. I only feed him Felidae brand dry food because
is has no by-products in it. (Please don't tell me I need to feed him wet
food ok, he drinks enough water by himself. Jeesh!) Anyway, sometimes when
I'm making salads he get a piece of leatuce, plays with it a little then
eats it. As matter of fact he loves to eat all kinds of leatuce is this ok
once in a while. And it's not from lack of water, so there!

That's not the only reason that people make the recommendation to
feed wet food, actually.

Yes.

Well, since you know so much about Bengals and their proper
nutrition, I'm uncertain as to the point of your post.  Is it simply
an anecdote, or a question?
