4 year old altered male of average build and healthy except overweight
at well over 18 lbs. What's the best way to get his weight down, etc.
& thanks.

PS - He is an "indoor" cat, and his diet is a bit less than 3/4 cup
per day of Purina Friskies Indoor Delights (dry food).

hello,
My vet told me to take the cat off dry food. They are carbohydrates. I
put my cat on wet food. I would only give him 14 dry food pellets per
day. I cat actually did loose weight in a period of two months. This
was the best way for him to loose the weight. Nothing else worked.
Good luck, Joan Windler
