No-kill rescue in Los Angeles

My wife has demanded that my two cats leave our company. They've taken
to urinating on the carpet and going outside the litter box and I've
been unable to end this behavior (it's been a couple years of putting
off this, so it's pretty much irrevocable at this point). The cats are
otherwise well-behaved and active despite being  11 1/2 (they're
litter mates). I'm trying to find a new home for them, either an
individual (in which case, if that person has to give them up for
whatever reason, I'd ask that I handle the re-adoption), or through
some Los Angeles-based no kill rescue. Can anyone help on this?

Gee, thanks on making a painful process so much easier.

Sorry  I told my now EX wife if it came to her or the cats the cats would
always win.  I wrote it up in the prenup. They did

Most of the animal loves and rescuers feel the same way but if you need
these http://www.netpets.org/cats/catresc/californ.html  you can also use
petfinder.com

I am going out on a limb here and going to assume that you had them medical
checked out for medical problems such as UTI.  Had proper blood full panel
and work up  done.  Had professional cleaning done of the spots they went
in.  Talked to a animal behavioralist and a second vet. Tried feliway or
medication.  Cleaned the boxes more then once a week, tried different
litters brands, added more boxes or changed the location of the boxes.  If
you have not done all of these than you have not done all you can for your
furballs

Also no person can, should or even try to DEMAND anything form some one else
if so they would be out on their a@@.  Something to ponder on the cats than
what.  It is always the first sign of problems elsewhere
