Kitten Milk Replacer (KMR) found in most pet stores in the cat/kitten
aisle - along with itty-bitty baby bottles to feed them with.

Speaking of bathroom breaks, you get to assist them in that regard,
too.

Careful with the syringe. If you squirt it too fast or hard into the throat,
it can aspirate into the lungs of the kitten which can cause death; bottles
are preferable. Also, use a dampened piece of cotton or tissue afterwards to
softly rub the kittens' behinds so that they urinate and defacate; this must
be done. The mother does this with her tongue.

You can also try calling your local shelters and see if there is a nursing
mom who doesn't have very many kittens or has just finished nursing her
kittens. They may let you bring them in to her.
