Hi,
I have a young neutered male cat, and every night he tries to suckle
on his sister or me. He'll go for my hand, ear, or neck, but I
imagine any body part will do. I'll push him off, toss him off, push
his face away, but to no avail, he comes back. After a long struggle,
he'll give up.
I tried shoving a pacifier in his mouth but he wouldn't take it. I
tried faking him out with a stuffed cat doll, but no dice.
What can I do?
Thanks.

I work with a rescue group and we find this common with kittens seperated
from their mothers very young (less than 6 weeks). I have one who did the
same thing till about 6-7 months old.

God created the cat so man could have the pleasure of petting the tiger

Comfort him --he misses his mother.
